The project aims to develop a new methodology to evaluate the quality of the debriefing method and verify its application as an intervention in hospital management. The evaluation model of debriefing in hospitals and its implementation and regular use might improve structural setting and quality outputs, specifically the reduction of nosocomial infections.

Tracking improvements in the structural setup and increased patient safety measured by nosocomial diseases, as well as appropriate material use and training and education, is a key part of my research in the later stage of my dissertation thesis. I have been working with the hypothesis that debriefing as a management intervention during the practical experiment will initiate behavioral changes and improve outcomes, decreasing nosocomial diseases. The proper methodology for evaluating the quality of debriefing and its implementation can initiate faster hospital behavioral changes and lead to performance progress in hospital management by managers and healthcare professionals.

The intention is to publish the results of this research within the framework of my dissertation in the International Journal of Public Health, Economics and Management (E&M) and present the results at the HRADEC ECONOMIC DAYS 2025 conference.
