Neformalni uceni v SMEs: mezikulturni studie

There is certainly no shortage of comparative organizational studies in management and organizational behavior (OB) research. However, the inclusion of Middle Eastern countries in such studies published in prestigious international journals is scarce. An even more rare exception is comparative research involving Arab countries and the Czech Republic. This study addresses this research gap by comparing the informal learning of employees working in Kuwaiti and Czech SMEs using a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis.
