This study investigates the impact of Knowledge Identity (KI) on the effective use of Business Analytics (BA) in organizations. By exploring how KI influences analytics adoption and success at both individual and organizational levels, the research aims to:

- Enhance decision-making by leveraging data analysts’ expertise.
- Improve organizational performance and competitiveness.
- Provide practical strategies for managers to foster a knowledge-driven culture.
- Develop tools, such as standardized questionnaires and models, to measure and strengthen KI.
- Bridge the gap between human knowledge and technological advancements in analytics.

The findings will help organizations maximize the value of their analytics capabilities, making the study highly relevant in today’s data-driven landscape.
