The goal of proposed research project is to deliver quantitative research from area of Global Virtual Teams (GVTs). GVTs by their nature operate in a virtual workspace environment, such virtual working platforms enable collection of rich datasets that log actual real working interactions and behaviour in wide scope with computer ensured quality and of observer bias-free nature. By analysing these datasets, it is possible to observe patterns in behaviour, interaction and selected key performance indicators that by extension allow to provide research outcomes in one of rapidly developing areas of management.
