The aim of the project is to investigate the relationship between the application of the concepts of Lean management, the implementation of new technologies (Industry 4.0), and the involvement of staff training and development in the organization. Theory determines that this relationship should exist in order to develop each part. The research explores these š aspects in the Czech Republic to determine the current situation of the industry in the Czech Republic in three important areas.
