This project aims to test the Hot Hand Hypothesis, a belief in the increased probability of future success following success, using data from KovaaK’s aim trainer and professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive matches. The project addresses issues in existing literature by employing an extended dataset and integrating a comprehensive framework to reduce bias and increase statistical power.
