Innovation economics is a new and dynamic field of economic theory that emphasizes innovation in economic life. Innovation economics is based on various theoretical currents in economics, such as New Institutional Economics, new growth theory, endogenous growth theory, evolutionary economics, and Schumpeterian economics. It provides an economic framework to explain and promote growth in today’s knowledge-based economy. The aim of the internal grant is to present the basic ideas of the economic theory of innovation.
